Arulnithi Pandiyan

Hello, everyone! My name is ARULNITHI PANDIYAN , and I've been on an incredible journey with TQI (Talent Quest for India) that has spanned five enriching years.

It all began with a simple inspiration from a senior colleague who saw potential in me. Armed with a Bachelor of Technology in IT, I started my career as a system engineer in Trichy. I joined TQI as a volunteer during my college days, gradually climbing the ranks to become a TQI Zone Head managing multiple volunteering teams.

My journey with TQI has been marked by numerous milestones and moments of personal and professional growth. From conducting sessions in schools across Samayapuram, Manachanallur,Ariyalur, Titagudi and Perambalur to receiving the Best Mentor Award in Trichy, each experience has shaped me into the leader I am today.

Throughout my tenure, I've been fortunate to have inspirational figures guiding me along the way. My seniors Sivalakshmi, Sangeetha, and especially Ramasubramaniam have been instrumental in motivating me to excel in volunteer work, while my father's unwavering support has been a constant source of strength, despite his physical absence. Also, my 12th Standard Supporting staff member named Pon. Karuppasamy has been an important person in my life who has taught me about life.

One particular memory that stands out is my experience teaching at Ariyalur Elandhaikoodam Government School, where I witnessed the transformative power of education firsthand. Additionally, organizing events like the Cuddalore Cluster final Session where students designed their "Dream Village" in five different villages namely Arangur, Ramanatham, Ezhuthur, Kallur, T.Enthal has not only showcased my leadership skills but also brought about positive change in the community.

As I transition into a new phase of my journey, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities TQI has afforded me. From honing my soft skills in college lectures to balancing academics and extracurricular activities, every experience has been a lesson in resilience and adaptability.

Looking ahead, I am committed to paying it forward by inspiring the next generation of volunteers to embrace the spirit of TQI. Together, we can continue to make a meaningful impact in our communities and beyond.
