Arts for All: I LOVE a Parade

If you are new here, I'm leading a cultural shift with Peacehaven Community Farm and the most incredible performing artists. We respectfully invite people with disabilities to arts and cultural arts experiences because both improve quality of life. Too often, people with disabilities are left out, and that is just not okay.

I started this liberation work after a Masterclass with Radici Studios in the summer of 2023. So far, I've coordinated improv classes, a relaxed theatre performance, virtual magic arts classes, and served as the teaching artist for storytime. This first effort will culminate with an End of Summer Parade as we gather people of all abilities to mark the change of season.

Send your friends of all ages and all abilities, and tell them to come as they are. Paperhand Puppet Intervention will supply puppets, music, and a workshop to explore puppet use. Anyone who wishes to share in this experience as a participant or spectator is welcome. Please share and help me reach the people!
