Artists use Virtual Reality Tech to Create interactive holographic Projection

Artist Joel Zika has been using projection design to transform spaces for over a decade. In his latest work he worked with HTC's Vive VR technology to drive an interactive projection design like no other.
Particpants were given controllers and these triggered 'Virtual Flashlights' allowing them to reveal parts of a long forgotten church that used to stand at the site.
At first Joel used everyday phones (link) to power his interactive system before teaming up with motion capture expert Simeon Taylor to port the concept to HTC's far more flexible system.
