He conducts a Franco-Spanish program presented by Les Arts Valencia on December 20 and 21. He begins 2025 by leading the orchestra of the Komische Oper Berlin in a New Year's Gala concert, third year in a row, on January 1, 2025.
Cristian M?celaru, conductor: Music Director of Orchestre National de France Cristian M?celaru embarks on a tour of Germany with the Orchestre National de France, pianist Beatrice Rana, and organist Lucile Dollat, with concerts in?Hamburg on December 2,?Frankfurt on December 4,?Cologne on December 5 and?Stuttgart on December 6. The tour’s repertoire features works by Demessieux, Mendelssohn, Dukas, Ravel, and Stravinsky.
Beatrice Rana, piano: Artist-in-Residence with Radio France for the 24/25 season, Beatrice Rana tours Germany this month with Orchestre National de France and Music Director Cristian M?celaru to Elbphilharmonie Hamburg on December 2, Alte Oper Frankfurt on December 4, K?lner Philharmonie on December 5, and Kultur- & Kongresszentrum Liederhalle on December 6, performing Ravel's Concerto in G.
Christian Reif, conductor: Christian Reif returns to?The Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine for the third year on December 19 to lead his arrangement of John Adams' El Nino: Nativity Reconsidered. The annual event features American Modern Opera Company soprano Julia Bullock, bass-baritone Davóne Tines, guest soloist countertenor Kyle Tingzon, and mezzo-soprano Rachael Wilson. The program is also performed with the?Münchner Rundfunk Orchester on December 6 and the?G?vle Symphony Orchestra on December 12.
Gemma New, conductor: Gemma New returns to the United States on December 14 for her debut with the Juilliard Orchestra at New York’s Alice Tully Hall, conducting a program pairing Salina Fisher’s Kintsugi with William Walton’s Violin Concerto and Holst’s The Planets. The concert will also be live-streamed on the Juilliard website.
American Composers Orchestra: On December 6 and 7, PR client American Composers Orchestra presents an original, interactive live performance of composer and conductor Austin Wintory's GRAMMY?-nominated score for the video game Journey at BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music), in collaboration with Ode to Joy. Journey LIVE is an unprecedented interactive parable in which live musicians respond to the actions of video game players in real-time on stage.

Nine string players have reached the junior division (ages 17 and under) semi-finals, while ten will perform in the senior division (ages 18-30).?
Curtis Stewart, composer/violin: On December 5, PR client Curtis Stewart's work "M. Bett" from The Famous People will be performed in a special concert featuring cellist Yo-Yo Ma with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra led by guest conductor Eric Jacobsen. On December 6, Stewart performs the D.C. premiere of African-American composer Julia Perry’s Concerto for Violin in the sold-out program “Schoenberg at 150: Experiential Orchestra” at the Library of Congress in Washington D.C.
Orion Weiss, piano: First Hand Records releases PR client Orion Weiss's new album, Arc III: Brahms, Schubert, Debussy, Dohnányi, Ligeti, Talma on February 21, 2025. The album’s first track, Louise Talma's Alleluia in Form of Toccata (1945), was released as the album’s first single on November 22, and the second single, Debussy's L'Isle joyeuse, will come out on December 13. As the final issue of Weiss’s ambitious three-part Arc series, Arc III is a set of pieces drawn from the bright points of life, inspired by peace, hope, love, ambition, optimism, and the divine.
