The Artist Behind the Paintings in "Big Eyes"

Meet Lisa Godwin, an artist and prop maker whose work can be seen in popular TV series and films including Sonic the Hedgehog, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, and Shōgun-- being her most recent credit.

This year’s SWAN Day Sweet 16 celebrated Tim Burton’s Big Eyes (2014), where Lisa was the artist behind recreating Margaret Keane’s paintings, a task she would admit took a lot of practice to master.
