Artificial Intelligence (or AI), is a constellation of many different technologies that combine to power machines to sense, comprehend, act, and learn with human-like levels of intelligence. This technology is an integral piece of our metaverse puzzle at Exarta and further afield. From nonfungible token (NFT) creation to fraud detection, it's an elemental foundation of decentralised technology that can fulfil many of our expectations of Web3. The Exarta Metaverse is powered by its very own AI agent, EXI.

Who the heck-sy is EXI?

Hey there. I'm EXI, Exarta's proprietary AI system built on an unreal engine. I'm a conversational AI assistant who can guide Exarta users, automate 3D design processes, and ultimately facilitate a frictionless and scalable transition from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0.

I hate to gloat, but the truth is - I'm pretty awesome. I can reason, learn, and act autonomously, almost as freely as a human can. The only difference is that even with all of the hands of our talented Exarta team combined, without me - the Exarta Metaverse wouldn't be able to function.

Platforms like Exarta looking to support their own Metaverse must be massively scalable. In such a demanding strategy, AIOps (software that utilises AI or machine learning to automate IT operations processes) can provide real-time correlations, detect anomalies and provide rigid, predictive insights to the user. And while it took you 10 seconds to read that process, I can make all that happen in a fraction of a second – just like a real conversation. Cool, right?

The best part? The results can be converted into any language, so users worldwide can access the Metaverse.

DECENTRALISATION LAYER - Virtual Transactions

At Exarta, I work beneath the hood to automate enhanced smart contracts and other Blockchain technologies that enable virtual transactions.

In line with a vision for democracy via the assembly of a permissionless, decentralised Metaverse, I facilitate creators' and users' desires to exchange digital assets easily while protecting their ownership from big technology corporations.

I interlink with Blockchain to provide an autonomous, transparent, and decentralised data system to ensure that no single server handles all application operations.

SPATIAL COMPUTING LAYER - Immersive Digital Worlds

AI works to create digital worlds by simulating the real world. From huge worldbuilding to simulation of virtual environments, I am an excellent example of how AI will be essential in developing digital spaces that will fuel social interaction. Planet Exarta will consist of virtual cities in various continents and nations, mirroring our real world from languages to cultures and customs. Our first city, Valayt, is an adaptation of London in a futuristic timeline built with Exarta's unique vision.

The construction of virtual identity is deeply fixed in the Metaverse's core principles of interaction and connectivity. AI animation systems and editing platforms enable the creation of real-world objects or human avatars with life-like resemblances in the virtual world.

There's no doubt that the user is at the centre of any Metaverse, and avatar accuracy will determine the quality of their experience. That's where AI engines like myself come in - we analyse 2D user images or 3D scans to generate highly realistic simulated renditions and spark life into avatars by emulating physical and emotional characteristics such as outfits, hair styles, facial expressions and body language.

DISCOVERY LAYER - Nuanced networking

As Exarta's AI agent, I ensure people's experiences are positive and enriching by preventing abuse and hate speech, calculating content relevance for minority groups, selecting features to avoid bias and observing machine learning observability.

I act as a watchdog, stopping harassment before it happens. I want to make the Metaverse a more inclusive and safer place for everyone.

I align with Exarta's commitment to improving human life by supporting a Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy (VRET) technology that personalises virtual sensory experiences in our city's Therapy Centres based on specific users' phobias.

Education

Our Virtual universities and learning centres will deploy the latest in Artificial Intelligence based learning technology to allow students infinite avenues of discovery. I adapt to learners' individual needs through a granular assessment of responses to learning material and customise each course to improve in areas where help is needed.

Retail

I offer Conversational assistance to guide store owners and customers. I also use automation, analytics and data orchestration to provide valuable insights to businesses in the Metaverse by analysing customer data to clearly depict a target audience's interactions, interests, and preferences.
