Artificial Intelligence (AI) sometimes called machine intelligence is the development of computer system that are able to perform tasks that would require human intelligence. It can be described as machines that mimic cognitive functions like humans (learning,reasoning,planning or processing natural language.)Example: Self driving cars , Navigation system, Boston dynamics etc.

TYPE 1 :Narrow AI performs repetitive tasks, has limited ability, can't self program & is currently existent whereas ,General AI performs a multitude of tasks, has unlimited abilities, can program & is currently inexistent.

TYPE 2 :Reactive machines has no memory & respond only to different stimuli , limited memory uses memory to learn & improve its responses .Theory of mind understands the needs of other intelligent entities whereas self awareness has human like intelligence & self awareness.

ADVANTAGES OF AI :

1) Low error rate as compared to humans.

2) Incredible precision accuracy and speed.

3) Relieves information overload.

DISADVANTAGE OF AI :

1) Few experienced programmers.

2) Difficult with software development- slow & expensive.

3) Increased costs

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is definitely the future of the world as it will drive the economy of tomorrow.So, autonomy is something that's incredibly exciting for us. It is seeping into our lives in all sorts of ways that we just don't notice & we are seeing that happen in every aspect of our lives, from medicine to transportation, to how electricity is distributed & it promises to create a vastly more productive & efficient economy and if properly harnessed, can generate enormous prosperity & oppurtunity for people, can cure diseases that we haven't seen before , can make us safer because it eliminate inherent human error in a lot of network.

It has probably the most important thing that humanity has ever worked on. So, a lot of things will play out in more positive ways than people think.
