Artificial intelligence
Academy of Medical Royal Colleges
The Academy of Medical Royal Colleges is the coordinating body for the UK's 24 medical royal colleges and faculties
The Academy of Medical Royal Colleges is engaging with the clinical community on the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) across healthcare systems in the UK.
In 2019 the Academy produced a report examining the role of AI in clinical practice. Since then, excitement has only grown for how AI can improve the lives of patients and clinicians. But excitement does not always translate into take-up, and within healthcare systems there are a myriad of challenges facing widespread adoption. ?
We are taking a temperature check across the colleges and faculties to explore the differences the specialties face, where we are now and what future developments clinicians want to see. ?Help us see this by completing our short survey.
