I was asked by a family friend recently whether I use AI to write my posts on LinkedIn.
I said, no.
He was surprised, but I took it as a compliment.
AI has changed the way we live; many would argue for better. I don’t dispute that.
I made a conscious decision to write my own posts because I wanted to convey a strong degree of authenticity based on lived experiences. I wanted you to feel the emotions and be inspired by the content.
AI is just another tool that if used correctly and in moderation, can add significant value to our businesses & personal lives. It should complement conventional forms of communication, not act as a substitute.
I would never condemn anyone’s use of AI – do what works for you. I recognize that it has been a great help to those who need it.
Will Artificial Intelligence replace Recruiters?
No.
Not as long as we continue to build meaningful relationships with hiring authorities and candidates. The recruitment process will always need a human touch.
There are some things that robots can’t mimic, no matter how sophisticated they become.
