Artificial Intel in HR Zone.

Recently a new hullabaloo has come up in the HR industry for automating certain time consuming and effortworthy processes that the chair had to offer for the L&D personnel. A certain tag provided called Artificial Intel (AI) which really never can beheld any scientific proof nor might in future as terminology Rights have created cyclonic turmoils in employment and policy development industry.
Mostly AI meant in big books of HR as Appreciative Inquiry. Wonder how it found meaning in antonymous acts sounding so synonymous when appeared as an acronym.
Confused? So was I... When I came to know about 5 Areas Impacted in HRD because of this new AI inclusion in the corporate world. Let's dwelve deeper.
1. HUNTING for Talent - Which used to be a core competency for a generalist HR person has become easy and filthy with usage of software instead of human efforts on keyboards files or tears to look at blinking screens. Just to reduce pain of HR people and holding more foreign currency beneath the briefs in-pockets and to show off 6Sigma error free quality in hiring functionality this new concept of Artificial Intel has proven a record of Evaluation and Elimination of 75% in Indian Job Offering Circle. Applause of shame to such marvellous human invention that projects no humanitarian but of course robotic going by the rulebook principle.
2. TURNING the Tables - Which means this Intelligence is an expert to pick only customized talent for required purposes. Hence no appraisals because no rewards and no feedback to develop from any living human brain. Therefore retention becomes easy if there's always a break even point of no profit no loss. Just keep doing what you are supposed to do at work. A gentle deal for lifetime.. How tempting! Isn't it? Imagine for how long in such manner any thing can survive be it dead or alive...
3. TRAINING to Drain - Training on basic finances technology marketing branding advertising and all that matters at a townHall meet for sure. What one misses out is Life Skills Training. Great Resorts with family allowance and blended liqour alongside costume styled clothes line propaganda is all that has drawn the true training fraternity to drain today. Outcome visible on untrained experienced aged lots heading to the next step of disaster. Wherein this new Artificial Intel is playing a huge role to continue with stereotypes because getting rid of arrogance is always easy.
4. FIRING from Shares - For which no one to one confirmation or ownership is required via Artificial Intel. No counselling no resistance just throw up a pink slip in public and create insult amongst all. Transparancy the term in HRD once rely upon what's shared in person and never open up in public to validate. However that was EQ. Now this concept is new. AQ wherein
all points are debated for pleasure amongst a team just to figure out who shows off more self esteem. That fellow can be kept because seems to expose milage and the other probably seen as far more inferior only because this one holds everyones pain within. Hence no sharing Fired from shareholding opportunities going by code languages of this new AI principles.
CLOSING all Affairs - Just as closure any learned person has to agree such an AI had been quite successful from calculator mindset to craftmanship across the space to dictate principles which disrupt continuity. However our HRD function I believe would agree from core of the heart that it has proven it's worth only to be spokesman for human by bringing upon inhumane miseries. If inventors of such Artificial System ever felt that keeping quiet and not proving points of benefits .. If such scientific discoveries were meant to address depression and not results or conclusion.. The Sir Charles Spencer Chaplin's quote from "The Great Dictator" might had been lived by not just me.. All of You. 'we are not machines with machine hearts and machine minds... We are men... So let us all unite in the name of sanity peace and Silence.'
This new AI is mechanics which can't stay silent
Our very own HI (Human Intelligence) is kinaesthetics...which keeps doing silently and getting evolved to become self-actualized.
