Artificial Grass Lawn

Artificial grass turf is divided into injection-molded artificial turf and woven artificial turf according to the production process. The injection molding artificial turf adopts the injection molding process. The plastic particles are extruded in the mold at one time, and the turf is bent by the bending technology, so that the grass blades are arranged in an equidistant and equal regular pattern, and the height of the grass blades is completely uniform. The woven lawn is made of grass-like synthetic fibers, implanted in the woven base fabric, and coated with a fixed coating on the back for artificial turf on sports fields, leisure venues, golf venues, garden floors and greening ground .

The raw materials are mostly polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), but also polyvinyl chloride and polyamide. The leaves are colored imitating natural grass green, and need to add ultraviolet absorber.

Polyethylene (PE): softer hand, appearance and sports performance closer to natural grass, widely accepted by users. It is currently the most widely used artificial grass fiber raw material on the market.

Polypropylene (PP): The grass fiber is harder and is generally suitable for tennis courts, playgrounds, runways or decorations. Abrasion resistance is slightly worse than polyethylene.
