AN ARTICLE FOR NEW YEARS: Why I Started Reciprocity ROI (How The Rich Get Rich By Having A Rich Mind and Loyalty)

One of the reasons I started Reciprocity ROI was because I understand the concept of money and relationships.

People have the money you want. It's not about do for me/do for you. It is about unconditional giving starting with yourself; that is when you receive the greatest ROI.

Can you give these things to yourself?

Follow-through multiplied by commitment divided by loyalty equals results

I am always amazed at how many people equate loyalty to conditions.

I have had a lot of people turn on me and desert me in life. I have had so many people let me down. I am not phased. I never deserted myself. I am loyal to myself. I can depend on me to figure things out. I don't have a lot of friends, including family, but the ones I do have been with me for years e.g. David C., Dano, Brandon, Derrick, Justin, Bryan - that is it. I've had my own family turn on me. It's just people. Cain killed Abel in the bible and they were brothers, so why not my own family?? Family to me is the ones who are loyal and look after my welfare and fight with me for cause, blood or not.

I don't have a lot of business people I can count on, but the ones I do know have been with me for years e.g. Alan, Adam Izzy, TJ, Mark, Mitch, Denise, David M. Josh

See it works like this:

  1. Yourself
  2. Your circle
  3. Your business

You have to unconditionally depend on yourself first and love yourself; eat healthy and exercise and learn. Don't have babies and get into relationships with the wrong people. Then your unconditional circle, then your business flourishes no matter what conditions exist.

It amazes me people that cannot keep their simplest of New Year's resolutions and then get married and wonder why their marriage fails. Because it is you. Then your circle. Your marriage is your circle and it is serious business. If you cannot run a household how can you run a business. Then they wonder why their business fails. Because they are not loyal to themselves, their partners, so of course they aren't loyal to their business partners and we see the domino effect.

So to the topic; the rich get rich because they understand people have the money they want and they understand relationships. Relationships are about loyalty through thick and thin. And this is why the rich get rich. There is no quid pro quo. The rich get rich by helping each other. The more people you cut off and are disloyal to the less you have the help when you need it. Lord knows I have needed help!! I mean I have really needed it. At the same time the rich cut people off who are out to SCREW them; tit for tat! We know who these people are because they DO NOT give without asking for something in return.

The rich get rich whether they have or have not. Because they are rich in mind and fiercely loyal and they understand when someone gives you something, the goal is to give back one better every time, not to ask in return.

I'd rather have relationships = power than money = buy me for something, not for who I am but for what I want and might do for you if the flavor of the day tastes right

This is why I started Reciprocity ROI. Because I have love in my heart for people, even when they don't love for me and I am a man of my word, and I want to see REAL change in business and in people's lives. I also understand death and have seen it, so it helps me understand how important life is and people are because we are all here for a short time. When I am down, I have to fight so I am fierce, but when I am up I can forgive those who stabbed me.

Reciprocity is about GIVING. True ROI is achieved by this.
