Our second ESG newsletter of 2024 was also issued in July, with updates on the new obligations for in-scope companies under the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). In the newsletter, we also review the latest on the proposal from the European Commission to introduce regulation on nature restoration, and look at the latest state of play with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
