In the previous part of this chapter, we discussed the necessity of getting motivated when working; in this last part, we will discuss five simple steps that will help you leverage the power of the tools you have, namely your subconscious.
Honestly, so far, how have you been treating your subconscious? A marvelous servant that always gives you what you want, whether pleasant or not according to the orders, you issue to it. Let us journey into the subconscious of course as profanes and let us see how it works and its relation to the conscious mind then, we will see the basic steps leading to unleashing the great power within.
Let us first consider the conscious mind. The conscious mind is the part of your brain that thinks, calculates and reasons. It can accept or reject everything, which is presented to it. In general manner, we learn everything consciously. Yet, in order to become very good at doing something, we need to move it from the conscious mind to the subconscious. The subconscious has a perfect memory. Everything we have ever seen, felt, smelt, touched, tasted or thought has become a permanent part of our subconscious. Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, fifty-two weeks a year, the subconscious watches and records. Sit accepts without any question, any prior analysis any order or information given to it. It will provide the result exactly as a computer will display the file we asked for. The subconscious possesses both an unlimited potential and the ability to save all the information we provide it with. Since the subconscious accepts without analyzing everything we send to it, there are things that can be of great nuisance to us, if we leave our spirit opened to just anything.
Now let us see how to use it. First, we need to know that the subconscious never sleeps. This first asset helps us to continue motivating ourselves during the sleep of our conscious mind. The utilization of our subconscious mind will provide us with amazing possibilities and unlimited benefits. Five easy steps must come prior to the deliberate daily use of our subconscious mind.
Step 1: we need to remember that everything we have seen, heard, touched, tasted, felt and thought is permanently saved into the computer and waiting to be used. Our subconscious can collect data separated by several years and assemble them in a wonderful way. We will be amazed at the beginning by the solutions and answers to questions that burst out of it.
Step 2: we need to know that the subconscious reacts to stimuli and not to pressure. One cannot require an answer in a given period. It will not work. You can stimulate the activity of the subconscious for instance, by reading an article like this one. The more you will in touch with such information, the greater the reaction of the subconscious. This is why it is important to be cautious with our readings, our entourage, the TV programs or movies we watch.by the way the advert people have so much understood this principle that, we are each day stimulated by more messages than our grand-parents would have been for their entire life.
Step 3: do not go to bed with your problems, is a bad advice for that is the place where you can solve a large number of your setbacks. This is how to go about it. When you go to bed in the night, relax and be quiet. Go through all the wonderful experiences you had during the day, setting aside all the negative ones. Be quiet and know that quietness produces power. While so lying down, think about all the blessings you enjoy in your life then, a still assurance will overwhelm you, as you will be receiving the strength that will help you make it in life. About this, Thomas EDISSON used to say, do not ask how and why, but ideas travel. Today, we can all give faith to what he said knowing he deposited more than a thousand patents.
Step 4: expect positive answers and solutions to the question that bother you. Remember that good things happen to people who expect them. After having injected into your subconscious these good thoughts, give it this instruction: I know you possess the answer to this question, and I know you will give it to me when you are ready, I will be patiently waiting for it.
Step 5: you must always have a pen and a notebook on your bedside. Sometimes your subconscious will work so fast and so wonderfully that you will wake up in the middle of the night with an idea or a solution to a problem. When you will be completely conscious the next morning, there are chances that you do not remember what the idea or solution was. thanks to the pen and notebook, you will have it right there in the morning. After all, you woke up for a reason; do not trade it for five minutes of extra sleep.
Follow these basic steps, and the speed at which you will get answers and solutions to your problems will surprise you. With the results, your assurance will expand; which in return will lavish you with more and more results.
To round up, keep in mind that working is a fundamental element if you want to make it. An intelligent work, made up of efforts, concentration, persistence, a work sustained by the power of your subconscious mind and your inner convictions in your ability to make it, a work that will take you as far as you will desire it, on the path of freedom, financial independence and success.
in the next and final chapter of this series; we will discuss about our desires and how to tune them in order toget going on the path of success.
