Art as a Pathway to Inner Discovery.

In today's world, we are often caught in the relentless pursuit of success, wealth, and recognition. It’s easy to get caught up in the idea that anything we do must have a tangible outcome such as, a paycheck, applause, or some sort of validation and recognition.

But, there is something much bigger and beautiful about practicing art in its purest form, whether it is music, dancing, writing, painting, or any form of creative expression which is not done for fame or financial gain, but simply to experience the joy of becoming , a food for soul.

Engaging in creative expression without expectation allows us to unlock a deeper part of ourselves. Whether you sing in the shower, scribble doodles on a napkin or write poetry that only you will ever read, the act of creating brings forth something from inside you that cannot be measured by external achievements. It is a magnificent process itself that holds the magic.

Art, in any form, is not about impressing others, it is about self-expression. Whether you sing, write, or paint, the act of creating nurtures your soul. Through this process, you begin on an inward journey, uncovering parts of yourself you never knew existed. It is a path to deeper self-discovery and growth, allowing your authentic self to shine.

This journey isn’t about perfection. You don’t need to be an expert to create. The beauty lies in allowing yourself to express freely, without judgment or fear of failure. When you let go of expectations, you embrace the joy of creation, and through this, your soul grows.

Everyone has the capacity for creativity. So, create, not for recognition, but for the pure joy of becoming.

Now from now on, start practicing any art – music, singing , dancing, acting, drawing , painting, sculpture, poetry, fiction, essays, reportage, etc.,. No matter how well or badly, not to get money or fame, but to experience becoming & finding what’s inside you to make your soul grow.
