Let's explore three fundamental aspects that leaders must observe: Reason for Work, Cause for work, and the Relationship with work.

When we understand the "why" behind their work, we can better align their individual goals with the broader objectives of the organization.
  2. Cause for Work: Unleashing Long-Term Aspirations Truly understanding people means going beyond surface-level motivations. As leaders, we must strive to know our team members deeply. Many individuals have long-term aspirations that extend beyond personal gain. They may seek to provide a better future for themselves and their families, strive to achieve financial independence, or dream of creating something remarkable of their own. Some are motivated by a genuine desire to make a positive impact on their communities or society at large. By supporting these causes, leaders empower their team members to find purpose and fulfilment in their work.
