Her adept negotiation tactics in securing control of the TV remote, amidst the demands of grandparents and parents while always emerging as the winner, served as a compelling example, that I vividly remember to date. There is much to learn from unexpected places, including the innocence of a child, on how to negotiate successfully without leaving others feeling disheartened.

I've learned that building relationships is fundamental to successful negotiation. In my career, earning the trust of clients has been a cornerstone. The belief that I thoroughly consider proposals from both perspectives and protect the interests of both parties has resulted in a high level of trust. This trust, developed over time, has been instrumental during negotiations, with clients often agreeing to propositions in 90% of cases. The emphasis on relationships has created a foundation where clients are confident that my proposals prioritize mutual benefit.

The focus on relationships and trust backed by demonstrated actions have proven essential in navigating the intricacies of deal closures, MSA negotiations, and annual rate card revisions.
