Meet the CEO: Mila Kirsanova

Beginning her career as a teacher in a small city in Russia and now living in Los Angeles, Mila quickly turned to the path of real estate to help people feel ease and comfort when looking for a new property. She started Material Realty to offer a unique approach to real estate, one in which brings peace and serenity to people buying homes. 

Her “all-in-one” business model is a reflection of the dynamic powerhouse leading the company! Alongside running her business, Miss Mila is an exquisite musician with musical fluency in playing the violin, guitar, piano, as well as being a singer! She has been inspired by many powerful women throughout her life, but her biggest inspiration is Madonna, whom Mila believes poses as a truly authentic expression of living art. Material Realty was founded with a vision of connecting beauty and strength with style just as Madonna so effortlessly does. 

Mila’s passion for art, fashion, landscapes, and architecture has led her to great success in the real estate world. Initially owning an interior design company Marisol in 2011, she got her start in the business by creatively designing homes through using her unique eye and innate abilities to replicate the exact wants of her clients. Being an artist at heart allows her to dive deep into her client’s desires and get to the source of what will make them the happiest when it comes to their home! She enjoys listening to fine details and piecing together dream homes that give you a sense of stylish comfort and design when you step in the door. 

With the guidance of Mila’s mentors and partners, she has learned all of the ins and outs of the industry. In 2016, she received her real estate license as well as the credentials to become a loan officer, which gives her an extra edge in the realty world. Her team is comprised of industry professionals with over 30 years of experience, and together they deliver penthouse level service to their clientele.

Fast forward to now, and she is the mastermind behind Material Realty which offers mortgage, real estate, and public notary services, alongside remodeling and even life insurance! Mila’s idea was to free the hassle from buying, renting, or selling one’s home, and thus her company is the one-stop shop for all of your housing needs!
