The art of living is the self-realisation of your multidimensional being.
When the tuning of your being at a mind, body and soul level is in harmony, it elevates your human experience. Life is a discovery journey that you go through in order to 'Know Thyself'. The layers of the self, acquired from your known experience, often create the personalised lens on how you perceive the world. Then, the path of knowledge and the experiential steps of living lead you to uncover your true self. This is why the intrinsic directional compass is constantly guiding towards self-realisation.
The incredible cosmos we live in is as fascinating as the human being is.
The human body construction is a complex integrated system composed of trillions of cells, billions of neurons, multiple micro-organisms, electro-magnetic signals, constant vibrations, heart resonance and sensorial impulses that operate and interact harmoniously. The whole package is complimented with thoughts and emotions and an enhanced consciousness.
The auto-pilot mode aims at simplifying processes: mastered activities become easy, learnable and acquired habits create incrementing results, routines provide a methodology of doing.
The choice of conscious living is energizing: it is the lifelong learning, the constant evolving, the meaningful action, the right intent, the awakened soul, the fuelled body, the mastered mind and the purposeful activity in harmony with the aligned being.
In the midst of the stream of thoughts and the daily life activities, there are in-between moments of intense realisation that everything interlinks together. When in presence, the extra sensorial attunes to the cosmic awareness, the breathing, the eternal, the infinite, the oneness, the divine energy.
