Art in situ is a passion for Christie-Coxon who draws on her extensive art and design background: including, BA major Fine Art, 2 years of BA Architecture and 10 years as Owner and Operator of successful interior design studio and art gallery in Claremont: Code Orange Design and Code Red Art Gallery respectively; numerous group, solo and independent exhibitions and commissions.

Caroline enjoys the process of working with her clients to develop pieces that will speak to them and to their environment in a completely individual artistic conversation.

Caroline Christie Coxon’s gestural abstract art is about the act of painting on a large scale. She has been exploring techniques in her process driven painting style for the last three decades. The manipulates and facilitates her medium on the canvas surface to create spontaneous and organic compositions reflective of nature.
