What It Takes: Vision, Mission & Culture

Following?my interview with Dean Forbes ?earlier this year, I have started to really dig deep into culture and how it impacts businesses. And I found this great seminar this week from VC Michael Skok which I wanted to share.

Human capital separates great companies from good ones; ideas are worth very little without the right people to drive them forward. That’s why attracting the right people while unifying them behind an inspiring vision and mission is essential to any significant venture. In this workshop, originally presented in-person at the Harvard Innovation Labs, Michael Skok , founding partner at Underscore VC, shares how to develop your venture’s mission and vision – while ensuring you can execute on both.

A great workshop - well-worth sharing.

Thank you for reading?the?newsletter?and?for listening to?the?podcast? this week.?And?If you enjoy them, please do share with your network - my goal is to have these stories reach as many as possible so that they can be inspired too.

Thank you so much.

Until next time...

Danielle
