The “hospitality superhero’s” of Chester & Liverpool are gathering at Hilton Liverpool on the 15th November 2023 in partnership with new The Hospitality Hero launching the first of his national “The Art of Hospitality” Conference events.

In a full itinerary of leading Northern Hospitality experts Headline the Conference, with the inaugural conference set to a theme of “People & Place” in Hospitality. Set around four key interview sessions with some genuinely talented operators and 3 educational pieces on Inclusion, Service & Place Making, it is truly set to be an Educational Mini Masterclass.
