The Strategy: In your one-on-one, outline what was achieved against what was not. Clarify action items and deadlines, offering a precise roadmap back to productivity. Your patience in answering detail-oriented questions will pay off in precise execution.
The Dynamic Oranges: Directing the Doers
Picture channeling the vigor of Oranges.
The Scenario: An Orange team member is underutilized and growing restless with the current project phase.
The Strategy: Assign a hands-on, critical task with clear goals and quick outcomes. Cut through the fluff—Oranges thrive on being in the thick of the action and will appreciate your direct and no-nonsense approach.
