Netflix’s uses an algorithm to pair aggregate information about contents’ popularity and audience along with a specific consumer’s viewing history, ratings, time of day during viewing, devices used, and length of watching time. AI is used to creates personalized thumbnails for each title to attract users' attention. No wonder that algorithm is valued at a BILLION dollars.
