The Art of Cybersecurity

The Art of Cybersecurity

Practicing cybersecurity is an art form. Our paints and canvas are replaced by lines of code and the cloud... Okay so maybe we got a bit poetic there ??

What we're really talking about is the art of leadership.

Looking back on his own career in cybersecurity, Chris Cochran realized that most new leaders are set up for failure. Is it intentional? No.

Companies take very technical, hardworking people and reward them by adding management into the mix... often without any training. And those leaders struggle. So Chris decided to do something about it.

See he's been obsessed with leadership ever since he was a kid. He’s led small teams, big teams, remote teams, and even a few companies.

And he wants to give people in leadership positions the information he wishes he had at the start of his leadership journey. So he’s created the program "The Art of Cybersecurity Leadership: Balancing People and Technology"

???? ???Building a personal growth curriculum

?? Personal branding

?? Leading remote teams

?? ?? ?? ?? Leadership styles and managing different personalities

and more!

Today is the last day to apply! We are looking for a wide range of experience, so if you are interested or know someone who could use the free training, have them fill out this survey.

We will announce selections early next week!

Join our very own?Ron Eddings?and?Chris Cochran?as they discuss the SMB threat landscape with special guests?GEN (Ret) Keith Alexander, former Director of the NSA, and?Scott McCrady, CEO of?SolCyber.
