ART OF COMPELLING PT1

Thank you for taking an interest in your growth in the Lord. This document provides a skeleton/ framework of Christian compelling/ selling the faith. We have been taught and even experienced good and bad sales individuals in our lives. We are also taught that selling is terrible because we manipulate people into doing something they do not want to do. This train of thought has some validity in the opinion. However, this thought is generalized to the companies' individuals performing unethical methods and not presenting the whole truth of each situation. If you have never been told this before, SALES(COMPELLING) IS GOOD WHEN DONE IN THE RIGHT WAY. The reality is that each of us is being sold each day.

From Billboards, TikTok advertisements, telemarketing phone calls, car advertisements, Facebook media feeds, and even the grocery store allocation of products. All the fruits and vegetables are on the outer rims, while the majority of the processed foods are in the middle of the store. Once you are in the middle of the store, you are bombarded with an overwhelming variety of food items to pick from. Then once you are near the register, there is an additional soda, drinks, gums, etc., that is accessible for you to get before completing your purchase. If stores and businesses can be this strategic, why can we believers do the same with God? In a carnal way of thinking, God is the best Product. He has no expiration date, not bound by location. He tasted good. He replenishes our body and Soul. He has unlimited quantity, and his services are adaptable to every industry. His level of knowledge is incommensurable to man.

He is an all-in-one service provider and much more that can not be described in words. This phenomenal beauty is that God can also give each person solutions formulated into products, services, and ideas for Global issues (Joseph, Daniel). More about this in my book 5-Fold ministry Manifestation. The point is that selling & compelling should not be viewed as evil but as a necessary part of life. Below are some definitions of sales and persuasive.

Compelling

1.?????Christians should use the utmost zeal and moral urgency to induce sinners to enter the Kingdom of God

2.?????To drive or urge with force, or irresistibly; to constrain; to oblige; to necessitate, either by physical or moral force.

3.?????To drive together, gather, to unite in a crowd or company.

4.?????To force; to take by force or violence; to seize.

Sales

1.?????Christian Sales is the process of confronting the systems of thought, cultural actions, beliefs, motives of the believer and unbeliever that will help draw them towards God and establish the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth

2.?????The immediate sell sense is to deliver or cause to pass from one person to another.

3.?????The act of selling; the exchange of a commodity for money of equivalent value

4.???????sales are a process that results in this transaction.

The definitions from the previous page show us the true meaning of sales and compelling. Reviewing Scripture, God used force to occupy a situation plenty of times. From Gideon with the 300 and knocking down the wall of Jericho. Moses spoke to Pharaoh, asking for the release of his people. God hardened the Pharaoh's heart, and force was used during the ten plagues to release his people even after the Red Sea splitting. Balaam with the angel of the Lord in the middle of the Road with a fiery sword. The challenge comes in with knowing when sales and compelling should not be used. Below are some rules/principles that we, a believer, should follow. Further, I will give you common mistakes that unbelievers have shared about why they will not believe in the faith.
