Arsenal FC, when peak performance falls short.

Leicester City FC have emerged as English premier league champions from one of the worst odds in betting history. While my beloved Arsenal Football Club, a team, I have supported all my life started as favourites to win the league only to fall victim again to the occasional performance results that seems to trouble the club yearly.

There is a need to understand why this could have happened, I strongly doubt a change of management will make Arsenal champions, given the philosophy upon which the club is built. For the last couple of years, there was a correlation between ones ability to spend a lot of millions of pounds and being crowned champions though Leicester seem to disprove the notion.

I am completely convinced that the team at Arsenal do give there best on and off the pitch and that they are indeed performing at their peak despite their falling short of being champions. Given that over the years and almost at the same time period, the same performance result turns out despite the hard work of the players and management, their is a very high need to better understand the cause of the short fall in getting the desired results in the second half of the year.

Is there some Leicestershire magic that Arsenal has to learn that the Arsenal cheque book just can't deliver upon? Could there be any chance that sometimes, peak performance is just not good enough? Is there a time when the lack of a hunger to become Champions actually does inspire you to become one? When is peak performance, good enough to breed a champion? What would one classify as a Champion's mindset? Are these lacking at Arsenal?

Having been a fun, it would be great to search through and try to answer some of the issues at my beloved Arsenal Football Club with the aim of ironing them out so as to be crowned Champions again. Or like Leicester FC, should we pretend that being Champions is never any of our objective so that we can get there by mistake? All in all, it's good courtesy to congratulate Leicester FC as we at Arsenal rethink and inquire on how to be champions again!

It would provide for great management and strategy research to explore why my beloved Arsenal Football club didn't make it this year despite the opportunity we had or does someone out there already have the answers that can make us Champions?
