The Arrogance of Jewish Founders

This is an embarrassing time to be a Jewish founder of a big tech company. The way people are being treated by the wealthiest companies in the world is embarrassing for any leader, but especially for Jews.

The sin of pride is still as relevant as it was 1000 years ago. It's easy to imagine how leaders at the top of the pyramid justify using people when they need them, and throwing them away like trash afterward. They were compensated for their time and effort. But there are some things that can't be measured in those terms. Things like basic human decency. Treating others the way you would want to be treated. Things that Jews are supposed to do better than anyone else.

This is what's going on with Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook / Meta -

Facebook gave THOUSANDS of workers sub-par ratings in performance reviews - signaling more job cuts during Mark Zuckerberg's 'year of efficiency' (as he bolsters his own security budget to $14 million)

This is what's going on with Sergey Brin's Google / Alphabet - with all the AI innovation everywhere you would think a company like Google would know how to calculate severance packages without confusing everyone.

'Inaccurate Calculation' Leaves Laid Off Google Employees Confused About Severance Package

And there are literally dozens of posts here on LinkedIn about the way high-level people were laid off from Google. Dropping engineers after 20 years in an email is disgusting. I also posted about it -

A Google software engineer says it was a 'slap in the face' to find out he was laid off via email after 20 years at the company

My Commentary

We have been given pride in order to eventually come to feel it as a foreign force that controls us. It makes us submit to benefiting ourselves over benefiting others. When we feel it as a foreign controlling force, and understand its grip over us, we begin to search for better forces.

Mark my words - the day will come when this pyramid will turn completely upside down, and we'll see leaders behaving the exact opposite to how they're treating people now. They will compete at who can be the most human leader, instead of acting like robots.

"when this pyramid will turn completely upside down," https://www.loaql.com is an idea we're pursuing in the new tech space. Hoping to help envision and birth spiritual enlightened AI to take a different direction toward the programming on future tech.
