Arrive Promotes Two New Executives

The entire Arrive team and I are thrilled to announce Jason Zwirkoski and Justin Frees have been promoted to executive leadership roles here at Arrive. Their commitment to growing as leaders while also instilling a culture of service, employee development and accountability has yielded tremendous results. Arrive, like the rest of the world, experienced unpredicted obstacles in 2020. Jason and Justin stepped up to ensure we always service our customer and carrier partners no matter the circumstances.

 Jason, previously EVP of Business Development, has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Since joining Arrive in 2018, he has reorganized, rebranded and grown the business development division by 200%. Navigating a turbulent year, Jason and his team designed and executed our customer strategy to meet the changing needs of our partners and we have seen significant growth in market share as a result. In his role as CRO, Jason will be accountable for the entire customer operation at Arrive: including strategy, pricing, sales, partnerships, integrations, and operations.

 Justin, previously EVP of Carrier Development, has been promoted to Chief Capacity Officer (CCO). He has been the natural leader since he joined the company in 2017. His ability to energize, motivate and inspire his team is unparalleled. Justin has transformed the carrier department, expanding and improving our carrier network and the strategy behind how we engage with those partners. As CCO, Justin will continue to focus on how we grow our carrier partnerships, develop top tier talent to support those relationships and innovate our approach to capacity. Justin will not settle for anything but the best as we enhance our carriers experience with technology built to drive connectivity and ease of doing business, internal automation, and lower administrative touch points, while driving best in class service.

 Together, Jason and Justin will continue to ensure Arrive’s sales team leads the industry by delivering best in class service to all our business partners. I look forward to watching the team continue to grow with their leadership.
