7 年Tony I agree with your comments however SUI must market this responsibly by stating clearly the LAW is for England and Wales only. Scotland has its own legal system and it's citizen's arrest which are based in Common Law are NOT as clean cut as most in the Security industry would have you believed. So though a card could be produced for Scotland it could only outline the very basic principles which would be misleading the ignorant in Law.
It's about time something like this has come out, no matter how much you try and explain it too people they will always forget and get it wrong in some cases, this is discreet and perfect for the job that we do.
