Around the Organization (ATO) is a new program within the strategic research practice Nikoleta & Associates Inc. that studies and captures the state of today’s organization, roles and functions. In its first phase, it includes personas at the functional and individual levels.

A primary outcome of a healthy organization is aligning to the strategic direction and goals. We encourage a deeper understanding of organizational roles and functions for enhanced clarity, decision-making, and collaboration. Consistent with our systems approach, we focus on the integration to leverage the myriad of connection points to service the whole organization and the ecosystems it operates within.?And once landed, also be ready for it all to change.
