Our commitment to supporting the British armed forces community?

We proudly supports Armed Forces Day to honour and recognise the hard work, dedication, and efforts of those who keep us safe in the UK and worldwide. As a bronze-level signatory to the Armed Forces Covenant, we are committed to supporting military personnel and their families in various ways:?

1. We have established a support structure that understands and appreciates the challenges associated with transitioning from the military. Through our dedicated Service Leavers programme, we offer full-time, permanent roles to the Armed Forces Community, providing a nurturing environment that enables a smooth transition. This programme focuses on skills and career development tailored to the IT Services sector, while also offering exposure to real client technology engagements.?
2. In partnership with Tech Vets, we fund Microsoft Office skills training for spouses and partners of service personnel.?
3. Our colleague-led NetVets group, which is one of our Employee Resource Groups, brings together colleagues who have military experience, or have transitioned from the Forces, and fosters a supportive internal network where they can share their experiences and thrive.?

Furthermore, we #SaluteOurForces through an active progression towards silver-level status of the Armed Forces Covenant.??
