A.R.M. - A framework for creating a wining team!

What do we do as leaders when we have to create a wining team? My experience as team members is it really depends on the leader. I have been part of winning team and I have been part of teams that did not win as well.

Today, when I reflect back on past experiences, I see that there was one major difference in approach of the leaders of the winning team and the teams that did not win. I have simplified this approach in the A.R.M framework below. Using this framework judiciously the leaders may build winning teams.
