Arkansas R3 is an initiative to identify and designate rural roads as recreational opportunities across the state. The signs, which encourage visitors and locals to “Respect Rural Roads,” promote safety on rural and gravel roads for all users, while driving awareness and respect between those recreating and living and working in rural communities.

Nice work connecting stakeholders from different realms. Having worked at a 1200acre Ranch and peddled a number of gravel roads in Arkansas I know first hand the need for a wave.. and the consideration associated with it. No need to rush when you've got a region so lush!
