Time is running fast, and we must ACT to cause a paradigm shift in our communities, regions and nations.
Listen, Leadership isn’t about the upcoming or future elections, it's about the next generation!
Let’s think for a moment, are your leaders concerned about the next generation? Most leaders, especially in Africa think about NOW!
All your beautiful dreams can only be realized if our PLANET is protected, safe, habitable, healthy and sustainable. There is no planet B.
Our planet is burning. The world is at the tipping point, and we risk denying present and future generations the right to the future they desire – the whole of humanity stands to lose the gigantic structure that gives us everything; life, home, food, businesses, money, health, lifestyle .... #Earth

What happens if we do nothing?
Let’s take a quick peak into the future:
Turn Problems into Opportunities
You'll need to identify problems within your immediate environment and beyond. Think problem, look inward and see how to create solutions ?– Research widely!
Interestingly, there is nothing new under the earth. Your next product, service or invention is already in an existing product. You must Find | Nurture | Cultivate | Reimagine | and | Recreate.

To do
Are you already thinking? The problem you need to fix is not far from you; food scarcity, overused soil, polluted ocean, dirty energy, piled plastics, air pollution, deforestation, poor health, economic hardship, rising seas, loss of biodiversity and others.
The causes and devasting effects of climate change will spur YOU to action – to create your Product (s) and Service (s) for Social Impact and Profit.
Believe in the power of your voice. The more noise you make, the more accountability you demand from your leaders, the more our world will change for the better." Al Gore, Former US Vice President
How I took giant steps
On April 22 – 23, 2021, I joined President Biden and the world leaders virtually from London, for the 2021 Leaders' Summit on Climate. The remarks by President Biden spur me and my team to act more, since April 23, 2021.
The President looked away from the current and future problems associated with the 'radical change' to see POSSIBILITIES. He reiterated the need for collaboration with cities, states all across the US, and small, and large businesses and corporations; without leaving no one behind.
As I was listening to his remark, I began to see the opportunity to create millions of green jobs, clean energy, a shift from fossil fuels, production of NextGen electric vehicles, green transportation, sustainable agriculture, pristine ecosystem — a green industrial revolution across communities worldwide.
?We can genuinely keep the Earth's temperature rise below 2 degrees Celsius if we work together — in the unity of purpose. As reiterated by President Biden, "No nation can solve this crisis on their own, the world leaders, and particularly those that represent the world's largest economies must step up".
By the end of May 2021, I completed the design of our Climate Action Program, along with a comprehensive Implementation Plan. The program was a follow-up to the 2021 Leaders' Summit on Climate and my book, The Green Entrepreneurs, published on Amazon and Audible in April 2021.
On February 8, 2023, we will launch TheFlip for 50 Amazing #Girls #Women in Leadership, Business, Management and Technology.
The journey is getting interesting. You can start yours right NOW!
