Ari’s 100-Mile Walk For Students | The Nyah Project

Tomorrow, on Thursday, February 22, 2024, Ari Sernik is embarking on a 4-day, 100-mile walk campaign in order to drive awareness for the Nyah Project. This walk Ari is taking is an inspirational moment for us all and gives us hope and encouragement to take action in supporting our local communities. Who Is Ari?

Ari Sernik, a long-time volunteer of the Nyah Project a Columbian activist who grew up in Miami, Florida, has a passion for cultural immersion and giving back to his community. He has traveled all over the world, supporting children in Cambodia and fighting for his Jewish community and Israel. He came to America at a young age and developed a love for people, cultures, and self-improvement as a whole. Through his time reading the book The 12-Hour Walk” by Collin O’Brady, he developed the desire to go on a 100-mile walk to raise awareness for the Nyah Project.

100-Mile Walk For The Students:

This walk that Ari is embarking on isn’t just about the 100 miles or Ari going on a self-improvement journey; it's about the kids. There are so many underrepresented students who don’t have access to funding and resources to further their education and ultimately create a better life for themselves. By Ari taking this journey in raising awareness for the Nyah Project, he is giving adolescents a greater opportunity to change the trajectory of their lives and the lives of the individuals they will ultimately serve.?

The 100-mile walk begins today and ends on Sunday, February 25th. Ari will begin the walk and stop at 10 schools in the local Miami area. Ari’s story has completely inspired us, and we believe that his walk will impact the lives of even more students in the years to come!
