Ario Limin, the Curious Leader of Our Team

Ario Limin is our Head of Recruiter, who graduated from Monash University Australia with a Bachelor's of Commerce degree, focusing on Finance and Economics.

After graduating in 2015, he worked in Australian-based SalesWorks Asia. He was the Field Sales Lead, representing big NGOs such as Unicef, and Action Aid in their fundraising efforts. A man of curiosity, after 3 years there, Ario’s interest is piqued by the recruitment industry.

While at a glance recruitment seems very different from NGOs, actually they share some similarities. Both jobs require you to build trust, forge lasting relationships, while making the world one step closer to progress, one funding / recruitment at a time.?

“I've always wanted to be in a role where I can build a genuine and long term mutual relationships with people from various industries and background; in which I find that my role as a recruitment consultant enables me to fulfill that aspiration of mine, connecting with tech leaders in the region in a professional yet personal level.”, Ario said.

Ario joined us as a Recruitment Consultant in 2019. In a short period of time, he quickly adapted, while showing apparent leadership skills. He quickly rose to the Head position.

But Ario doesn’t consider his rapid rise as the highlight of his recruiting career. It’s always about the connection and impact for him. “It’s a such heartwarming feeling when you heard that the talent that you've placed to a company is doing well and striving”, he said. He was stoked and pleased, when he noticed that several of his first few placements got promoted to a leadership position in big firms, creating products that have massive social impact.

In 3 years of joining HuntHire, Ario considers it to be a delightful experience. “It has been a pleasure to be a part of Hunthire for the past 3 years. Going through ups and down.. And now being a team of 10 strong. Our dream has always been to be the top-of-mind Indonesian recruitment consultant for tech companies in the region. Working with founders, startups and VCs alike solving an actual business problem by matching the right talents to the right company.”
