Meet Ashleigh. Not Ash. Ashleigh. Ashleigh joined the Recruitment Team back in September and has been doing great things in our Talent Acquisition space ever since. She has already made a positive impact and aside from putting chocolate in the fridge I quite like her.

Sausage Dog obsessor, self-confessed foodie and all round lush human I needed to know more, so recently I caught up with Ashleigh to find out what makes her tick................

Me: Rugby or Football?

Ashleigh: Rugby

Me: Favourite Tv show?

Ashleigh: My Mad Fat Diary

Me: Who is your favourite cartoon character?

Ashleigh: I don't watch cartoons. I'd have to say Pingu as a kid.

Me: If you were a potato, what way would you like to be cooked?

Ashleigh: Dauphinoise

Me: If you could have an extra hour of free time everyday, how would you use it?

Ashleigh: I'd play Sims.

Me: What would you do if you had all the money in the world?

Ashleigh: I'd open an animal sanctuary.

Me: Cats or Dogs?

Ashleigh: Dogs

Me: If you could bring back any fashion trend what would it be?

Ashleigh: Massive Belts

Me: Coffee or Tea?

Ashleigh: Coffee

Me: If you had a magic button on your desk to bring you whatever you wanted, what would it summon?

Ashleigh: An army of Dachshunds

Me: Bonus Question What would you do if you came home to find a penguin in your freezer?

Ashleigh: I'd see if there was any fish I could feed it and I'd be really shocked.

Because I'm nosey I asked a few more questions and learnt Ashleigh's favourite book is Damaged by Cathy Glass, She would describe herself as charismatic and her favourite film is between The Greatest Showman or the Lion King.

Interestingly her autobiography would be 'All the bad choices I made'- which was obviously before she got a job with us here at the ONS.

All in all its a 10 from Tyers and I can't wait to watch Ashleigh continue to take the TA world by storm!
