First off, this is my words, my notes and my thoughts. *If I have misspelled, taken something out of context or hurt your feelings with my imperfections, sorry I am not sorry. I’m doing this not only to reflect back on the event, but to maybe, just maybe help other people that are interested in leveling the fuck up.

Now that is established and the disclosure* is read...let’s dig in. A few years ago I got into the habit of taking notes at masterminds and then doing a little recap afterwords. Ive found myself going back to the notes and getting something out of them down the road. I hope you find value in these words, and if you have anything to add...please do so in comments...this will help others as they read.

Tell what is working and what is not working-break down the walls

Dream Big together: Help her hit her dreams

Does your network support your dreams, is it time to “fire mom”

If you have reports not supporters, time to move on (reporters/supports is my ad lib)

Are they willing to sacrifice to make dreams reality?

Time to roll up the sleeves and DO THE WORK

DREAM together, set PRIORITIES together, Set VISIONS together

Don’t compromise your GOALS for anything

Experience takes too long

Retain with innovations

Self Doubt SUCKS - it is the enemy of success

Lasting change takes time... its is ok to take the time (just move faster)

Change your habits

Fight RUTS, Dinner, TV, Rinse Repeat,,,paradigm shift

You cant get better with that repetition, repetitions sucks if concentrated in the wrong tasks, COMFORT SUCKS

Create VALUE: Obsess on it, leave it all on the line, Discipline, What are your NON Negotiables, Bucket it if it doesn't fit
