Very well written piece, Swarn Kamal. Might I add: 1. Millenials when dining out, look for the whole experience, so at times, offering a good choice of beverages (Mocktails/Cocktails, a good collection of wine/ beer) with some options for everyone in the family will also help CDRs stand out from competition and get higher APCs. 2. QSRs, generally by virtue of the brand name or by sheer location/convenience have top of mind recall. CDRs on the other hand need to work harder to keep customers engaged and get them coming back frequently, hence driving Loyalty.
