Area Technical Manager(ATM) - Wales/West Country (Area 3)

Job Purpose:

Area Managers at atal are responsible for promoting the full range of atal waterproofing and ground gas protection systems and services. This will be achieved through providing construction solutions to specifiers and contractors.

The individual will be required to work within the Atal Commercial & Operational Functions to manage a portfolio of Existing and Client Accounts to ensure profitability, customer satisfaction and operational service levels are met.

As the connecting element within the atal customer journey, the role is an exciting opportunity for anyone who's driven by providing QUALITY services and systems. As an ATM you'll be directly involved throughout the system of enquiry.

Skills Required:

• Good Communication and IT skills – with the ability to communicate at all levels, including senior executives, both within internal and external customers.
• Able to display excellent presentation skills.
• Demonstration of a sound level of Industry & legislation knowledge.
• Good working knowledge of target sectors.
• An ability to work to and meet set deadlines, both customers defined and internal.
• Commercial negotiation skills.
• Project management skills.

Key result areas:

To meet financial targets set out in budgets.

To manage project database.

To increase both project numbers and values on database to ensure continuity of business.

To provide accurate reporting to meet company requirements.
