Dmitri Kozlov has been a part of SCHNEEBERGER for 17 years.

What has been your biggest challenge so far?

I faced and conquered three significant challenges during my tenure at SCHNEEBERGER. The first occurred when I started in SCHNEEBERGER Germany in 2007 and built sales in the Eastern European market from virtually nothing. The second challenge was realizing the true meaning of life and planning for my family’s survival when the war reached my Ukrainian city, Sumy. Currently, I am going through my third challenge, holding the position of Area Sales Manager, serving the new region of the West Coast in the USA while working for an amazing company, SCHNEEBERGER North America.

What do you do on a daily basis at SCHNEEBERGER?

I enjoy my current position, as the work in sales is purely enjoyable. I meet new people and build relationships. I learn new technologies when presenting the SCHNEEBERGER product to various applications, and I am always on the road, seeking new possibilities and creating new opportunities in CRM.

What does the first hour of your workday look like?

My average day usually starts with catching up on emails due to the time zone difference — I am three hours behind our Woburn headquarters and need to stay updated from early morning.
