Customer support in all aspects, acquiring new customers, identifying new business areas and markets, active collaboration with all internal business units, and participation in industrial fairs (not daily, but frequently).

What does the first hour of your workday look like for you?

Checking email, setting priorities for the day, and addressing tasks that require the involvement of my colleagues to the right team members.
