The idea to create AREA 52 TRAMPOLINE PARKS , an adrenaline-fuelled Family Entertainment Center (FEC), came to me after an extensive research of the FEC’s and Trampoline Parks all over the UK and Europe, along with all the franchise opportunities in Europe, the USA, and Australia. We started the process of setting up the business in 2015. There was nothing on the market that met or came close to my expectations, as to how a Trampoline Park should be in terms of creating a fun, safe, well-designed concept with a brand that enables engagement with customers on so many levels. With this in mind, we chose to develop a new concept in this industry, so we could create and tell a story that enables our marketing content to be unique and highly engaging. We have even created characters who form part of our marketing strategy and tell a story in the form of comics to our younger (and older!) audience.
Fun, safe, exciting, energetic, smiling, friendly, trustworthy, communicative, and professional are all words that our customers associate with our brand, Area 52, which has been conducted over various surveys and feedback projects. Our vision is to successfully deliver Trampoline Parks of the highest quality in each major city in Eastern Europe and beyond. We aim to become the central hub of fun in each community by building a franchise of Area 52 in each capital city and beyond. Therefore, we are looking at teaming up with like-minded individuals, businesses, or property owners who share the same values and vision.
Area 52’s concept is built for long-term investment opportunities while being at the forefront of FEC’s. We are open to franchise relations and partnerships. All our venues are fully compliant with local and worldwide recognized safety standards, which is why we use only the leading manufacturers in the business.
The retail sector is dynamic and always changing, with more and more consumers turning to online retail.?As a result shopping centers & retail parks are seeking to attract the consumers’ demand for an extraordinary experience even when they go shopping. Therefore the leisure part is an absolute must for all landlords and property owners in this industry. FEC’s are now becoming anchor tenants, and Area 52 has that experience, along with being at the forefront to recognize and implement this opportunity in developing markets. We continue with every new park to innovate the experience so that every park we create has its own identity, which adds value to the customer experience, by sharing knowledge between all parties and through our network of franchise owners around the world.

Area 52 believes that this assistance and support should come from the top of the organization, which is why I take a lead and hands on approach with this support, which includes:?
Monthly Management Meetings
We want to assist you in any possible way, so we want to conduct monthly online and/or physical meetings with your team to discuss different matters of any cause. We will visit your venue 4 weeks after opening, and then again 8 and 12 weeks from opening. We will then visit bi-monthly or quarterly during the first 12 months, but with a monthly management meeting scheduled to go through the whole business and its performance. After the first 12 months, we will agree designated visits based on how the operations and performance are going, we will though, as a minimum, visit 3 times per year.
Regular Site Visits and Website Maintenance & Support
We are going to help you with your website maintenance and technical support based on our experience. Our teams can collaborate when it comes to establishing, designing or promoting your website, as well as creating content and social media.
Ongoing Social Media support and advice
We can share with you our expertise and professional advice when it comes to building successful social media strategies. We have channels on various platforms, such as Instagram or TikTok, and could share with you the knowledge and a practical guide from our experience, such as Google Ads or Content Creation. If you don’t have experience in this area, don’t worry our marketing team can assist you with the content and publishing.?
Phase 1 - The Initial Stage
During the Initial Stage of our partnership, we aim on providing you with the general information that you would need before starting your trampoline park. We want to guide you through site locations, as well as assisting your team with the negotiations with your landlord. Providing you with full support for your business planning is essential for our partnership and one of the most vital steps we want to be part of. We will share insightful information about numerous aspects, such as the design of the project, and give you expected numbers on attendance, and location site visits.
Phase 2
In Phase 2 of our franchise relationship, together, we fully design your Area 52 Trampoline Park. We give you interior planning design plans and architectural technical packages for service areas and cafes. We will share with you our requirements for interior layouts by introducing you to the brand book and our marketing set up. You are going to be introduced to the merchandise stock ordering, which has a 14 week delivery time.?
During this phase, we are also going to discuss ideas regarding your digital strategies and channels: website and social media accounts.
Phase 3
In the third phase, we are going to discuss the operational manual and education program. You will learn more about how we manage the on-site education at Area 52 in Sofia, Bulgaria. We will reveal our booking and venue management software and show you how we implement it.
Your team will receive assistance in the employee recruitment drive, by telling you insightful details about our experience. Together with the marketing and advertising plan for opening and first quarter of operation, will also make you acquainted with the management and staff policies and KPI’s.?
Phase 4
We are almost at the end, during the fourth phase it is time to first set up opening dates and deadlines. We need to set up hardware and IT systems, and conduct mandatory safety testing and snagging.?I will establish an introduction and staff training with your team. You are also going to rehearse with the venue soft opening.

Parties
Customers have the possibility to organize their parties at Area 52, no matter if it’s a birthday party, or another type of celebration or occasion. Area 52’s team has special party rooms with various attractions, as well as full-time organizing assistance.?

Area 52 and Freerun Bulgaria collaborate and offer you the “Training” package. You can learn every new jumping and freerun movements, both in the air or on the trampolines, by the best ones in Bulgaria. Family visits
Children under the age of 2 are not allowed to visit the park because of safety measures. There are different options and prices for children at different ages, for example, 2-5 years old, but it is mandatory to be accompanied by an adult.?We also provide special tickets for families so they can have fun together.?
