Is the Arctic Ice already lost due to manmade climate drive?

It indeed looks like due to the melting of arctic ice that since the absorption of heat due to the sun depends on ice coverage , the global temperature will increase untill slowdown at another for Now unknown but most likely a more heterogenous climate state in space and time than ever seen hitherto. This change and new state cannot be avoided , but will only stop when the heterogeneity scale in climate drive is of the same order AS the heterogeneity in ice coverage in space and/or in time. One efficient way to make sure that these variable effects does Get trapped at local arctic meltdown and does not spread globally it seems to me at least vital to study if there exists optimal way to regulate the manmade climate drives. Eg i assume that it is ridiculous to let most traffic to run in phase with the earths periods AS We thoughtlessly Do Now to make sure We kick the drive into a planteary scale etc
