I am barely sa couple of months in my new job as archivist for the Netherlands Protestant Church and it is already a real challenge. That gives a lot of energy.

The digital archive is my focus. After a recent digital migration there are many question marks. Nobody has the complete and overall "helicopter view". I talk to all colleagues to know what they think about the archive and how they use it. If at all.

It really feels like grassroot investigations. Going back to the basics.
