Today there is a growing desire to rethink and reinvent the spaces around us, with a focus on HEALTH and SUSTAINABILITY. At the heart of this transformation, the architects of Sartoretto Verna? have envisioned a health and wellness hub that reimagines the traditional concept of a pharmacy, projecting it into a responsible and planet-friendly future.
Welcome to "Farmacia Futura," a health and wellness center designed to innovate the concept of a pharmacy and take it into the future, emphasizing sustainability and community interaction. This article briefly outlines the key pillars of our project.
CONCEPT
The core of our project lies in the integration of health and sustainability. We aim to create a place where people can not only find the products they need but also deepen their knowledge of health and well-being in an environment that respects the planet and promotes sustainable lifestyles. The building will be designed based on green architecture principles, using eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions to minimize the ecological footprint and provide a healthy and pleasant environment.
FORMAT
The foundation of our format is to offer a variety of services and products that go beyond the traditional pharmacy. In addition to selling pharmaceutical and para-pharmaceutical products, we will provide personalized counseling services, spaces for learning and community interaction, and a wide selection of organic and sustainable products. We believe in a holistic approach to health, considering all aspects of a person, and we want this to be evident in every element of our pharmacy.
LAYOUT AND CUSTOMER JOURNEY
Our building will have multiple floors, with a layout designed to guide the customer through their journey. The ground floor will host the sales area, featuring open and intuitive shelves and thematic islands for easy navigation. Interactive totems will provide information on products and services, helping the customer find what they need. On the first floor, you will find spaces for personalized consultations and wellness treatments, as well as an area dedicated to organic and sustainable products. The second floor will be devoted to community events and activities, with a relaxation area featuring elements of biophilic design to promote psychophysical well-being. Each floor will have a specific function, creating a seamless path for the customer, from product purchase to initial contact, to individual needs exploration, and finally to training and community involvement.
COMMUNICATION
Our communication will focus on health and sustainability education. Through innovative digital technologies, such as personalized apps, QR codes, and informative displays, we will keep the customer constantly updated and engaged. We will provide clear and accurate information on products and services while actively promoting healthy and sustainable lifestyles.

1 年Imagine also the Pharmacy can be the place where pharmacists and patients collaborate to share their knowledge and feelings, for example patients can signal the adverse effects of some drug or also can be adviced on some lifestyle by the pharmacists and they can learn from their errors or from these facts. A true place to join each others' ideas for satisfying the needs of the patients and to continuously improve the Pharmacy knowledges, also including a botanical garden where to take herbal cures directly at the moment, such a place to regenerate the soul of the patients, not only the body!
