Archbishop Kaziimba Urges Equity Bank Staff To Imitate Gods Goodness.
The Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, the Most Rev. Dr. Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu, has called on Equity Bank workers to emulate the goodness of God in their service to the public. He made these remarks during Equity Bank’s thanksgiving service held at Church House in Kampala.
During the service, Dr. Kaziimba highlighted the importance of aligning one’s actions with God’s mission of giving life and life everlasting. He cautioned Christians to be vigilant against Satan’s mission to steal, kill, and destroy.
“We must recognize that God’s mission is to grant us life, and as His people, we have the responsibility to align our lives with that mission,” the Archbishop emphasized.
He also urged Equity Bank workers to support one another, especially those who might be backsliding in their faith. “Let us stand together and encourage each other in all spheres of life,” he said. Dr. Kaziimba further reminded the staff to reject negative inner voices and embrace their God-given identity. “Feel good about yourself because you were created by God. Do not allow negativity or revenge to take root in your heart,” he advised.
