Arcadian Appoints Mark Lay as VP Sales, Signals Expansion in Streaming Entertainment Industry

We're excited to share the news that Mark Lay has joined Arcadian as our new VP of Sales. With over three decades of experience in the television industry, Mark brings extensive expertise to our team. Previously, Mark handled sales and business development roles with Discovery Asia and STAR TV. Mark brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his new position as he also held a senior position in Asia's pay television association, formerly known as CASBAA and now recognized as AVIA.

Since our establishment in 2017, we have expanded from a small team in the USA to over 60 employees in the USA, the Philippines and Singapore. CEO Joe Walzer stated, "Now that we have optimized our technology and workflows, it's time to expand our services to other market players." Waltzer expressed confidence in Arcadian's ability to improve operational efficiency and reduce customer costs, citing the success achieved with numerous ongoing projects.

In his new role Mark will be responsible for expanding the company's customer base to other players in the film and television business. Mark noted, "it is a very exciting time for Arcadian. As the industry evolves to take advantage of the numerous OTT business opportunities, media companies will be looking at ways to optimize their video preparation and delivery workflows.
