The Arc NCR Welcomes Holly Preston as Chief Program Officer: Talent, Experience, and Passion for Inclusion

Holly Preston serves as the Chief Program Officer at The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region, bringing over 16 years of healthcare leadership experience to the organization. With a focus on strategic initiatives and compliance, Holly's dedication to The Arc NCR’s mission is evident in everything she does.?

Reflecting on her role, Holly shared, “My healthcare background brings a unique perspective to The Arc NCR. I chose to join this organization because I wanted to be part of a community-centered nonprofit that genuinely lives its mission. I sought meaningful work that impacts my community, and The Arc NCR embodies that commitment every day."?

Holly holds a Master’s in Health Services Leadership and Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Stevenson University. She is an ANCC Board Certified Nurse Executive and has earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.?

Residing in Forest Hill with her family, Holly is a valuable leader for The Arc NCR, and the organization looks forward to achieving great things with her at the helm.
